Orange and hycom are bound up with a long time trusted partnership. Together we deliver multichannel eCommerce and eCare solutions for Customers, Consultants and Sales representatives. These are based on two prime technologies: SAP Hybris and Oracle ATG.
Our experience built in service sectors gave substantial detailed knowledge and practice of processes and services. We were able to take care of designing digital experiences, development of new offers and products as well as further system maintenance. Among many others it is worth to mention deliveries: UX for Omnichannel Platform, UX and UI for business as usual processes of both websites orange.pl and njumobile.pl, ongoing development and maintenance of SAP Hybris and Oracle ATG.
During years of our satisfying client-vendor relationship team members were taking advantages of different methodologies like Agile and Waterfall depending on necessities and circumstances.
We cooperated with hycom during the works on User Experience within the framework of our new e-commerce platform project.
