Industry Expert (media and telecommunication sector)

We are looking for a person who has deep knowledge of the industry trends, challenges and technical aspects in a media and telecommunication sector. The person will also actively cooperate with CSM and sales team in order to grow new opportunities at existing and new customers.

Your main responsibilities:

supporting board/ sales executive on the development of industry strategy,

providing regular market assessment and identifying potential market trends and pain points for the industry correlating with Hycom services offer,

preparing document with suitable industry knowledge to share within the content production department,

focusing on industry news, trends and related technology developments,

constantly updating Hycom sectorial offer according to market trends,

participate in knowledge sharing within the industry via education sessions, industry communities, conferences & workshops as a speaker,

supporting sales team to qualify the sales contacts according to Hycom strategy,

scooping the offer, according to customers’ needs.

You will perfectly fit us if:

you have at least 10 + years of experience in sales and business development area,

you have an industry specific knowledge of sales and customer service in a media and telecommunication sector,

you have a native German speaking skills and fluent English,

you have an excellent communication and organizational skills,

you have an ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well,

you have an ability to travel across DACH region.
